3. User Obligations

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our application forms and tools. Providing false information may result in denial of financing.

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without permission

4. Tool Disclaimers

Important: The calculator, payment explorer, pre-qualification estimator, financeability analyzer, and equipment valuation tools provide estimates only. Results are not guarantees of financing approval, interest rates, payment amounts, or equipment values. Actual terms depend on lender assessment of your complete application.

5. Financing Applications

IronFinance is a lead-matching service, not a lender. We connect you with third-party financing partners. We do not guarantee:

Approval of any financing application
Specific interest rates or terms
Availability of lenders in your area
Turnaround times for application processing

Financing terms are determined solely by the lender. Review all lender agreements carefully before accepting any financing offer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, guides, tools, logos, and design — is the property of IronFinance and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronFinance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information, tools, or services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 CAD.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
